Mrs. Stephanie Foucek

I have had the great honor of being Principal at Tahoe Lake Elementary School since 2010, following six years of service as Assistant Principal at North Tahoe High School. My career in education began at Santa Clara High School in Santa Clara, CA, where I taught all levels of high school English for six years before moving to Tahoe in 2004.

I grew up in Lake Arrowhead, California and attended school from Kindergarten through 12th grade in the Rim of the World Unified School District, graduating from Rim of the World High School. I earned Bachelor’s degrees in English and History at Santa Clara University, my teaching credential at UC Davis, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at San Jose State University.

Living, working, and raising my family in beautiful Tahoe is a dream come true, and I am so honored to be at Tahoe Lake Elementary School, working with an incredible team of educators, amazing students, and supportive families.
