Flyer Approval Process
TTUSD uses Peachjar to distribute digital flyers, making it easier for families to stay informed while supporting our green initiatives. We no longer distribute paper flyers. Approved digital flyers are emailed directly to families and posted on school websites.
Submitting flyers through Peachjar is an easy, convenient, and cost-effective way for community organizations to reach our families.
How to Submit Your Flyer
- Review the Guidelines: Before submitting, please review the TTUSD Flyer Guidelines.
- Create Your Flyer:
- PDF format (vertical/portrait orientation recommended).
- Maximum 4 pages.
- File size under 50 MB.
- Combined English and Spanish versions in a single PDF.
- A single page can have both English and Spanish, or the first page can be in English and the second page can be in Spanish.
- 12-point font is recommended for accessibility.
- Embedded links are not supported. Use a call-to-action button with a link to your website for more information.
- Submit via Peachjar:
- Visit www.Peachjar.com
- Register as a "Community Organization."
- Upload your flyer and select the TTUSD schools you wish to reach.
- Approval Process: Please allow five (5) business days for approval by the Superintendent/Chief Learning Officer. You'll be notified of any necessary changes and when your flyer is approved.

Costs
- Peachjar charges a nominal fee for flyer distribution. This is significantly less than printing costs and varies based on the number of schools and whether the activity/event has a cost. Bulk rate packages are available.
- Free Flyers: Program Providers can post flyers for free programs or events (e.g., library story hour, food drives) once every 28 days. See the Peachjar Community Free Flyer Guidelines.
